Dr. Nadel works with psychology pre-doctoral, social work, and mental health masters students in providing trainees the necessary clinical counseling skills to function as competent clinicians. Dr. Nadel uses a developmental approach in her supervision and utilizes evidence based interventions of CBT, psychodynamic, and ACT models.
Dr. Nadel currently supervises doctoral students at Long Island University, and is a lecturer at William Paterson University for Masters and Doctoral level psychology students. She has worked as the Coordinator of Training at William Paterson University’s counseling center, and provided their interns and externs clinical supervision and educational programming.
Dr. Nadel also partners with agencies that have interns at their facility and need additional outsourced supervision for their trainees and staff. Training and educational seminars are provided as well.
