I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with teens, adults, and families, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression, insomnia and sleep difficulties, OCD, identity and self-image concerns, postpartum challenges, and life transitions. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked in diverse clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, emergency rooms, and university campuses. In addition to my clinical work, I am deeply committed to training the next generation of clinicians and currently serve as a clinical supervisor and instructor in the clinical psychology master’s and doctoral programs at Long Island University and William Paterson University.
